To be filled out by the instructor for each class and submitted to the Guild.
All proposals require approval by the Guild President/Board of Trustees.

Instructors must be Exhibiting Members of the Guild of Creative Art,
with all membership dues fully paid.

Note: Class schedules, times and locations are subject to Guild Board approval.
The Guild reserves the right to terminate any class.

Non-Member Price to be determined by the Guild.
